Had my oil changed in May 22 and your rep told me I had used my last oil change from the oil change deal. I have an eco diesel truck so only an idiot would pay $260 for one oil change so I told him give m used my last oil change from the oil change deal. I gave him my credit card and didn’t even look at the receipt as I’ve never had any issues at your dealership and have always bought the oil change special packages. When I came back in for an oil change in Jan 23, I was surprised when your rep showed me a $260 bill for the oil change. I said I should have a couple oil changes left on the package deal from May. Sorry sir but you don’t have any. So I called my wife and asked her to send me a picture of my previous receipt from May 22 and to my surprise I was the idiot who paid $260 for one single oil change. But your rep added more $$$ to give me the oil change special deal which in the end will only cost me about $800. 🤔. Sounds like a great deal for your business. My truck has been serviced exclusively by your dealership since I purchased it. More
