I deal with the Service Staff, Trent and Rachal, regularly. They are always eager to assist me, are courteous and pleasant and I feel confident that they are as focused on ensuring that my vehicle regularly. They are always eager to assist me, are courteous and pleasant and I feel confident that they are as focused on ensuring that my vehicle is in tip-top shape when I bring it in. I am pretty (detailed, picky, anal) take your pick---yet they always are patient and take the time to answer all my questions and concerns in truly admirable fashion. I've always said that "service after the sale" is what keeps me at a dealer. These folks' fit that mold to a tee! Dealing with Doug and Chris in the Sales Department is equally satisfying as they also are sensitive to my desires and truly aim to please! More
