There was no high pressure sales.. I went in told them I had gotten a letter in the mail and said I was looking for a reasonably priced reliable car. Within like 20 minutes Tyler had me a Hyundai Accent wi had gotten a letter in the mail and said I was looking for a reasonably priced reliable car. Within like 20 minutes Tyler had me a Hyundai Accent with low mileage and reasonable priced.. We left that very day with it and I love it.. Emergency Maintenance: I broke down on a road trip and found they were the nearest dealership. I called, they had me towed in, and even though they were slammed with work they diagnosed the problem and ca found they were the nearest dealership. I called, they had me towed in, and even though they were slammed with work they diagnosed the problem and came up with a solution. The parts would take until the end of the day to arrive and that meant 8 hours of hanging out at the shop. All of the staff were very friendly and kind and sympathetic to my plight - always checking on me and giving me updates. I got to observe them throughout the day as they went about their business and could tell that they were not making such efforts just for me. They even offered dining recommendations and loaned me a car so I could get there. (Their little 'greeter' dog was also guarenteed to make any person's day better that it was.) I know that they stayed longer than normal to get my car fixed and see me safely on my way and I am very grateful for that - they never once indicated that this was a problem for them and I get the impression it is not unusual either. I will always remember their kindness and recommend them to everyone. More

Excellent experience! Found them by accident and highly recommend the trip to Ponca City. I drove an hour even though I was close to Tulsa and Oklahoma City.
