Today's service was not my first experience with Cannon. Without fail, each time I have been in their dealership, the employees I've observed or had direct dealings (April and Kevin Neeley) with we Cannon. Without fail, each time I have been in their dealership, the employees I've observed or had direct dealings (April and Kevin Neeley) with were extremely efficient, professional, and courteous with both customers and each other. Needed an oil change and tire rotation. Got an appt quickly. Dropped it off that morning. When the car was finished I asked them to pick me up and they sent a courtesy vehicle to pick me up. I'm so glad I have a place to write a comment. While I was waiting for my turn a young woman came in to service with a problem on the Toyota she had purchased from Cannon Honda just a couple of weeks pa I was waiting for my turn a young woman came in to service with a problem on the Toyota she had purchased from Cannon Honda just a couple of weeks past. First April called Toyota in Stillwater to check on the waranty. Just out of warranty. The customer wanted to know if they had sold her this car knowing this was wrong. April called in the salesman. I didn't get his name, but he was very pleasant. He said the service department has a very through check list. This could cost as little as a new fuse cost, but told her it could be something else and without checking (which he offered to do) they had no idea the cost of the repair. She was from out of town and opted to go back to her town and have it checked out. at that point the salesman asked her to call them back and let them know exactly what was wrong. He told her they woul try to help her! I about fell out of my chair! I always have great service! Next an elderly man came in and stood at the counter. April came to him as he was waiting at Kevin's area! She didn't ask him to come to her work station, she just took care of him there and I'm pretty sure he wasn't aware that she had walked over to take care of the paperwork at someone else's workstation. He then asked if this was a nice place! This kind of question would irritate a lot of people, not April. She assured him they were. When he sat down next to me, I asked him if he were a nice man? He really was! In awe of what he does for his wife who is in the care of a special needs residency. He goes each night to feed her and takes about 1 1/2 hours to do this, he then takes her to her room and explained how he had to be very gentle laying her down. He stays until the caregivers come to help with her bed clothes! What a wonderful day I experienced at a car dealership! More

That's my huge pet peeve and why I was so nervous to go to a dealer because I didn't want them to try to sell me something that wasn't on my list. The sales staff were all completely professional and the price was was right on. They didnt have the vehicle i wanted in stock but convieniently located it and had it delivered to their dealrship within 24 price was was right on.
