Best Customer & Vehicle Service I called one day last week to setup a service appointment for my 2014 CR-V. The phone was answered by Heather Cannon, the owner, who is everyone's f I called one day last week to setup a service appointment for my 2014 CR-V. The phone was answered by Heather Cannon, the owner, who is everyone's friend. Where else could this happen? She quickly got me transferred to Andy, Service Manager, who was friendly and worked around my schedule to schedule my vehicle appointment for the next day. When I brought my vehicle a few minutes early to Cannon Honda, Andy told me that he would be start on my vehicle's oil change and tire rotation in few minutes. I asked how long it would take to perform the oil change and the tire rotation and Andy replied, "About 45 minutes." I went to the customer lounge and got a cup of complimentary coffee and settled in a chair to watch TV. In no time at all--I don't think it even took the full 45 minutes, Andy came and told me that my car was ready. The other great thing is it was washed and looked great, too! Thank you Cannon Honda! More
