They perform the service work efficiently and quickly. You never know when you'll have Heather Cannon herself drive your vehicle into the Service bay. She's an amazing Honda dealer and person! The Parts Counter lady is very nice and very knowledgeable, too. I bought my 2014 Honda CR-V a few years back new. I was certainly happy that I went in on an extremely hot day to do a test drive. I found out that the Honda CR-V is a great vehicle and performs great whether it's super hot or cold. I have always been impressed with Heather Cannon as a person and always wanted to purchase a vehicle; howeer, I never thought that I would ever be interested in Hondas. However, I am very glad that I had a change of heart and bought my CR-V. I love this car almost as much as my Mercedes-Benz vehicles that I have driven. Great gas mileage and comfortable.
