After we parked and got out of the car, Marcus came out to greet us. We told him what we were looking for and took us inside to look at the car on display. We talked about the different options and we went for a test drive of another car of a slightly different model. Marcus was able to answer most of our questions on the car but those tha he couldn’t answer (very few), he was able to provide the answers as soon as we got back to the dealership. All during our visit, Marcus was very helpful and there was not pressure on us to make an immediate decision. This is what we like in a salesperson. After a couple of days, we made the decision to purchase and we waited for Marcus to be in to close the deal. Our total shopping experience was great and we recommend Heather Cannon Honda for the next car purchase that you need to make. I litterly had tears of joy I was sooo happy you couldn't even understand.Andy let me test drive a car he thought I would like and he was right I loved it.He talked to me throughout whole process explaining as we went along.After sale he took me out and explained every little thing on the car I sure appreciated.I would recommend him to anyone.Eddie also was very nice explained all the paperwork to me that I was signing and did his best to make sure I got the best financing.
