Multiple tests confirmed the problem but the warrantee was written oddly and seemed to exclude repair if the car was tested more than 2 times. Early on I was assured that Toyota would stand behind the repair but when the time came, everyone seemed stuck on this peculiar loophole. I had bought two vehicles from Heartland and had all my service done there. I was very distressed that there seemed to be a brick wall in discussing the problem. I decided to stop in and talk face to face with the service manager. I turned out that Scott had returned to Heartland in this role only 2 days earlier. He understood my questioning of this matter and took on the role of advocate for my with Toyota and the warrantee company. He kept in close touch with me about the progress and made my Christmas when they too got it. My car is repaired and runs so well! Heartland is so fortunate to have Scott on their team! More

Service with a smile When I drove into Heartland Toyota I was unsure if they could even accommodate me since I didn’t have an appointment. When I went up to the service desk Nina with a very nice smile welcomed me and i asked if I could get my car in for an oil change. She mentioned that it was due for the 30000 mile service and they could take care of it if I wanted to leave the car. Nina made me feel welcome and even offered me a cup of coffee.
