I had my 2001 Toyota Rav 4 serviced on 3/15/24. The service advisor Chet Bradley met me right away when entering the dealership. The concern was over why the car would not stay charged the past 3 The service advisor Chet Bradley met me right away when entering the dealership. The concern was over why the car would not stay charged the past 3 months even though I had been using a battery tender to do so. Chet listened to my concerns and had the mechanic check out everything and the less than 2 year old battery purchased at Heartland Toyota was found to have one cell that was defective. A new battery was put in and the car is now fully operation! Thanks Chet for the positive service. More
