I found a vehicle online and worked with Rena, but the first one sold before I had a chance to see it. She and Red worked with me to find another, but I ultimately ended up finding one that wasn't yet on first one sold before I had a chance to see it. She contacted me the day it arrived, and I ended up buying it. The who experience with her and Red was excellent. The only minor complaint I have is that the loan rates Finance was able to offer were not as good as what I was able to get on my own. She did work some magic to get closer, but it was initially a pretty big difference. More

We expected our visit to go a lot better then it did. We are grateful for our sales man who was efficient and respectful. However when I brought my Jeep up to get serviced, I was first given a Red Toyota th are grateful for our sales man who was efficient and respectful. My child and I both have asthma so I refused the vehicle. Someone was supposed to follow up with me about the time frame my Jeep would be serviced on and no one ever did. When I went to pick up my vehicle I was handed my keys and told your good to go - which I feel as though since something was being installed I would have appreciated someone showing me how to use it, where it’s located etc. Ryan my sales guy eventually met me outside and showed me. I have to drive the extra mile, maybe about an hour and would have expected more mannerism and lines of communication to be solid More
