There were a few items that needed to be repaired and Delle made sure they got done. One item was damage from a design flaw, which was not found with previous owners. Oil change and check on not coming out of park. Service was good on oil change and finding and fixing recall they found. As far as not coming out of park, once again I was blamed for not knowing how Service was good on oil change and finding and fixing recall they found. I once again have new video proving I know how to take it out of park, but there is a flaw or something wrong with the vehicle, but seeing how they can’t get it to do it, then I’m the problem not the truck. I’m very disappointed in this. More

Terrible Been there a couple of times for service problems. They rebuilt our transmission with less than 100,000 miles and then forgot to put the cap back on t Been there a couple of times for service problems. Then they got a real attitude when we showed up Monday morning to get it checked out! Was talking with a longtime customer and she said the place has gone down hill, the general manager is never there and they are going to be choosing a different dealership. More
