Called to schedule service and was told to leave a message and they would return call. Two hours later....no call. Worst dealer experience I've had in a long time. They don't seem to understand how car buying/selling works which tracks for a Dodge dealer. The car market has contracted back to normal but these clowns think it's 2021 still and they can gouge people. Buy elsewhere. More

I bought a 2022 Jeep and wanted it delivered out of state. Everything was good until I started dealing with Robert Strong. I need the MSRP or at least a list of all the equipment on the Jeep. After numerous emails I called Robert and he actually argued with me.Finally got that. The car was scheduled for delivery and the driver took it to the wrong address and insisted we come pick it up. Only got one keys and after five, five! emails to Robert I asked it to be sent to my address in Scottsdale. Received the UPS notice and was sent to the wrong address! More

Terrible business. Would not recommend this place to anyone. More
Arguably the best Ram dealership in the Missouri area. Andre Black is one of the best salesman I have ever worked with in my life. Negotiations were easy, the used vehicles on the lot are in amazing condition and fairly prized with no crazy markups. I can honestly say that Heartland Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, and Fiat is a dealership that truly cares about its customer's. The rest of the dealership staff is also amazing. Thank you Andre and Matt for getting me into my dream Ram 1500. More

My initial experience wasn't that bad. I purchased my vehicle in February and that whole process was pretty easy. Then in June I began having issues with my Pacifica Hybrid's powertrain. It would simply vehicle in February and that whole process was pretty easy. Then in June I began having issues with my Pacifica Hybrid's powertrain. It would simply stop running while driving on the highway. I'd have to coast to the shoulder and reset the whole vehicle. Since then it's been in the shop collectively for over 3 months. They still don't know what's wrong with it or how to fix it and it's happened three more times. It's a significant safety issue. I've asked them to buy it back and they offered me $10,000 less than what I owe on it. Then to add insult to injury, every time I need a loaner, they put me in a compact car. I purchased a van because I have a family of six, I've told them that these little cars aren't going to cut it, but they just brush me off. So I can't transport my entire family anywhere as long as the van is in the shop. Now I'm looking at legal options, but it shouldn't have gotten to this point. I've been nothing but respectful, but it's gotten me nowhere. Avoid doing business here, it's not worth the trouble. More
