Pulled into Service Dept. , 7/12. Was told I would have to have an appt. to have my car repaired. Set up an appointment. Next week I arrived for my appt. 2+ hours later I w , 7/12. Was told I would have to have an appt. to have my car repaired. Set up an appointment. Next week I arrived for my appt. 2+ hours later I was told a part had to be ordered. Another appt. was scheduled. The following week I arrived for my scheduled appt. 2+ hours later I was told the part had been lost OR the order had been cancelled and I would have to schedule another appt. Two days later I get a voicemail that the part is there and I should call the "direct number" that EACH service consultant had been providing to me. For the next 2 days I kept leaving voicemails AND text messages on these service consultants "direct line"..... nobody EVER responded!!!! AND each one had been notified that I was leaving town. Out of frustration, I showed up at 0800, Saturday morning. Jacke Pittman was the only consultant working BUT he took the time to listen of my encounters, went to the service area and spoke with a tech in the shop. The tech said that he could replace the part and do whatever updates were needed. An hour and a half later, the vehicle was repaired. Thank you so much, Jacke Pittman!!! However, with so many Chevrolet dealers within 20 miles, Heartland Chevrolet will be the LAST place I will ever go!!! More

Service been good overall to this point. Car was kept much longer than originally told for a simple job I was told would take a few hours. Left me hanging and car sat there with no attention or work being done for quite some time. As a working father of 3, this really causes issues for me and my schedule. No communication makes it hard to plan. Took vehicle multiple trips for same issue as well. All that being said, Customer service manager ended up reaching out to discuss. He was very polite and understanding. Discussed the issues, assured communication would be addressed. As an outlier, it isn't something I will hold against them or prevent me from going back. I've used them a lot in the past, and despite one incident of poor service, Ill keep going back. More
Had several problems with my silverado since buying it from van. After having it in and out of the shop and spending 10k in repairs, i finally took it to heartland who finally found the root cause and fix from van. Thank you for being trust worthy and doing the right thing the frist time. Was very helpful, and kept me in the loop ever step of the way. So glad to finally have my truck back, and running properly. Will definitely be coming back with any future repairs (hopefully not for a while, lol), or even a trade when it becomes time for that thank you again. More
