I had my car at this dealership for the air conditioner no less than 4 times and spent over $7000 after they continued to fail to correctly diagnose the actual issue. They just kept replacing parts meanwhi no less than 4 times and spent over $7000 after they continued to fail to correctly diagnose the actual issue. They just kept replacing parts meanwhile hot air continued to blow and continued to while charge me. I talked to the service manager, GM directly and was able to get no where. I ended up just trading the car in but had to get the issue fixed so in the end they got one over. More

Kudos to Preston Igoe and John Hughes in the service department. Preston was my primary point of contact and did a great job. Preston tag teamed with John Hughes in getting a few questions answered fo department. Preston was my primary point of contact and did a great job. Preston tag teamed with John Hughes in getting a few questions answered for me. They worked as a team to get the job done and get me back on the road. I had not been up to Heartland for quite a while because I felt that the service department was lacking in making sure the customer was satisfied. I understand that you can't always be the bearer of good news but when you show the customer respect in your delivery it makes the bad news easier to take. It doesn't mean I will like it, but I know you're being fair. After my recent visit and the interaction with Preston and John I will be back. More
