I have written a response on my additional review. But, I will mention it again here. Before you call a customer a liar, you better know the facts. I was not trying to renegotiate the deal. The floor mats as well as the door edge guards were discussed with my salesman. He was well aware of my request. If there was a problem adding those items he should have told me prior to me coming in that day to buy the car. That would not have been a problem. The agreement was a check to me for $7400. I was in no way trying to change the agreement. If the salesman failed to inform you that those items were mentioned as a part of the deal, that is not my problem. I even stopped in that day to check with my salesman to make sure everything was a go. He told me yes. I in no way was trying to change the agreement. You and my salesman need to be better informed. Very disappointed that you do not have the courtesy or professionalism to call me to try and resolve this issue. EVERYTHING I mentioned is a FACT.

Jon Folber, Your response is 100% inaccurate. It’s very disappointing that we tried to help you buy a vehicle that you picked out from another dealership and this is the response that we got from you. Mr. Folber tried to buy an Escalade from another dealership and was unsuccessful. Heartland Chevrolet was giving him the most for his trade so Mr. Folber wanted to do business with Heartland. We told Mr. Folber we would try and buy the Escalade from the other dealership and work a deal. Heartland and Mr. Folber agreed to figures. When Mr. Folber came in to finalize the deal, Mr. Folber wanted a list of things INCLUDED in the already agreed upon price. The only person who “reneged” on the figures was Mr. Folber. Sorry for trying so hard to earn your business. #Nogooddeedgoesunpunished

you failed to mention that Cody and I had discussed these 2 items (floor mats and door edge guards days before I came in.. SPEAK to your salespeople. It was discussed so anything he wrote down on that piece of paper should not have been a surprise to you. This is why salespeople like yourself should not be in your position. You fail to look at the FACTS. A customer is ALWAYS going to shop, an educated customer anyway. You NEVER mentioned in your response WHY a sales contract was NEVER presented to me when I came in to buy the car?? You DO NOT have an answer to that question. Why did you ask if I had the window sticker? Did you not know the Land Rover I was trading in and had ALREADY given me a trade in value from you? You are so unprofessional I should not really be surprised. Now I know why you NEVER had the courtesy to meet me in person when I came in to discuss this misunderstanding. Sounds like you really wanted to make the sale work. What a joke. The other dealership was supposedly your sister store in Excelsior, get the facts right which is something you have failed to do. SPEAK TO CODY IF YOU HAVE THE TIME
