Never going back! Okie.. So I stopped by and finalized a car. Now before leaving the parking lot with the new (used) car, i found that the car doesn't have a GPS. spoke Okie.. Now before leaving the parking lot with the new (used) car, i found that the car doesn't have a GPS. spoke to the sales person and was told "Ford's now manages GPS application using Sync services". I believed him and decided to activate the feature when i reach home. I found that Sync has been disabled for 2011 till 2016 models. Called a ford dealer ship and was informed that vehicle does not have GPS hardware installed and it will cost me $1500 to get it installed. Called Lucas (sales person) back and informed him about the situation. response was "You are on your own". So finally left with a BAD taste and dealers attitude on GFY. They were great when i was buying the car, but after i bought attitude completely changed! I am going to raise this up to the credit companies and leave review about how a false promise/suggestion was made and how much of an extra effort was made to feel a customer satisfied! More

Low pressure, very straightforward and quick process 4th dealership we visited the day we made our purchase. Located used vehicle on the internet. Called to ensure it was still available. Very courteous salesman who was not pushy at all. Short Negotiations on final price after trade in. Trey handled the finance department was the best we have experienced. Had several options for warranties and extra purchases in addition but was not pushy. Great to work with, would definitely recommend. More

Did Not Honor Agreement Horrible experience. All numbers were agreed upon according to the salesman. The GM knew I was trading a very high end vehicle for a lesser vehicle. W Horrible experience. All numbers were agreed upon according to the salesman. The GM knew I was trading a very high end vehicle for a lesser vehicle. When I arrived at dealership today after spending an hour at the dealership the GM reneged on the numbers. Thought when he got me to the dealership he could change the agreement, I left. ALWAYS do your homework and NEVER trust a salesman or GM unless you get EVERYTHING in writing. I also found that the right front bumper had been scratched. WILL NEVER recommend this dealership nor do business. TERRIBLE!!! In response to the response, the SAME vehicle I was considering had a price agreement. They then told me that they were making only $900 and the salesmen failed to discuss any further on changes. The GM did not even have the courtesy to meet with me. The same vehicle at different dealerships. Do not really care if this review is posted or not. But glad to see the dealership is reading this. In additional response to your response. Before you call a customer a Liar, you better do your homework. I expected a check for $7400 for the difference on the trade. I was not in ANY way trying to change the agreement, nor add anything to the deal. The floor mats as well as the door edge guards were discussed with your salesman before I came in to buy the car. I even stopped into your dealership earlier that day to make sure everything was a go. The salesman informed me it was. The salesman was well aware of this request. If there was a problem with these items being included in the deal, he NEVER mentioned that it would be. I would have accepted having been told that because your margin of profit was small, that he could not include those items. He never told me that there would be a problem. It is unfortunate that you do not have the courtesy or professionalism to call me and try to resolve this issue as a gentleman Calling a customer a liar before you KNOW the facts is poor judgement on your part. You need to talk with my salesman to get it right. More
