Bought 2024 Chevy Trax the first part of October, paid cash and after 400miles have a vehicle that we can’t travel with or go to the store with because the tailgate won’t open!! ETA for parts to fix is Fe cash and after 400miles have a vehicle that we can’t travel with or go to the store with because the tailgate won’t open!! ETA for parts to fix is February 8-13.Took the car in on October 30, so it will make three plus months to fix it. It may not be the Dealerships fault waiting for parts, but it’s not our fault either. It’s been quite the hassle and a disappointment to spend all this money and have an unusable vehicle. We do love how it drives but just wish we could use it!! It would be nice if they would show a little more concern instead of thinking it’s no big deal. We have been very patient but it’s running a little thin now. More

Had car serviced. No one spoke with me about the service I got after completion. Was only sent a video of what they did. We had already been to a competitor to get the family discount. After talking to Brent, he got us exactly what we were looking for. So we leased 2 Equinoxes from him.
