I finished signing the deal and didnt notice they added a $3,000 charge that I would not have agreed to had I saw it hidden in the agreement. Nothing I can do now. I had seen the truck online, so I contacted Heartland, and I was going to be in from Kentucky for my granddaughter's shower and would like to see the truck but I did not have much time. I came in Friday a and I was going to be in from Kentucky for my granddaughter's shower and would like to see the truck but I did not have much time. I came in Friday afternoon and Brent had the truck ready to look at and take it for a test drive. Saturday, we negotiated a deal and drove it back to Kentucky on Sunday. Brent made it easy and everyone at Heartland was great. When i go to buy another truck, I will be driving up from Kentucky to see Heartland. More
