Ron is consistent and persistent without being annoying, and handled all of my eccentricities with aplomb. I would not want to have to sell to myself- I can be a difficult client- but Ron handled my peculiarities without a problem. Details were worked out and followed up on...and I have to say everyone we came into contact with, from the finance guy to the detailer were very polite, friendly and professional.
