Our son is a new driver and has his heart set on a Ford Bronco. We found a good deal in Newburgh NY at the Healey KIA. For about a week my husband spoke to the dealership and had a price set. We drove 2 hours from our home in Jersey to find that the soft cover was ripped and the back window has some kind of film on it. We originally were working with Austin. He was the one that initially outright lied and fraudulently got us up to the dealership. He was conveniently not at the dealership. Peter Finkal was our salesman and at the time he was very accommodating and said they would replace the parts on the soft cover. Looking back we realize they all knew the car had things wrong but all they cared about was to get us to the dealership. We left with the car and 2 weeks later my husband went up another 2 hours to get the parts replaced on the car. (We asked twice if they’d send it to our home and they refused). When my husband got there they told him the parts he drove up there to have replaced is actually broken and they won’t be able to replace it today. The best they will do is overnight it to the house. So my husband had to drive another 2 hours home with the same damaged back window and soft cover that the dealership promised to replace. They are fraudulent and do not care about you as a customer. Not to mention when we were there buying the car the finance manager Jason Horaz was rude and when we had questions passive aggressively would not answer them. We regret finding this trash dealership. Beware they do not care about you as a customer or your time. They will lie and do what they need to do to make the sale. More

Driving from the Finger Lakes back to CT on a Friday in April my Kia Sportage is suddenly bucking and not responding to the gas pedal properly. Lucky for me Healey Kia was a few miles away so I limped my April my Kia Sportage is suddenly bucking and not responding to the gas pedal properly. Lucky for me Healey Kia was a few miles away so I limped my car over to them. I was directed to Scott Kuester in the service department who immediately calmed my nerves with his can do attitude. While we waited, we enjoyed the comfortable atmosphere and refreshments provided in the waiting area. Scott assured me they’d have a look at the car by Monday or Tuesday. I left feeling I was in good hands. First thing Monday morning Scott called to tell me they looked at the car on Saturday and diagnosed the problem. I would be getting a new engine courtesy of Kia. I was so relieved to hear the news that Scott delivered. Bullet dodged! I was told it might take 10-12 business days in total so I was pleasantly surprised when it was ready for pick up in only 7. The Healey Service department gets a 10 and Scott gets a 10++. From start to finish he was a delight to work with, capable, knowledgeable and personable. I feel very fortunate to have broken down where I did with Healey Kia nearby. Scott was the icing on the cake!! More

SCAM ALERT 🚨 I purchased a 2020 Kia shortage 2 years ago from Healey Kia of Healey Brothers with an extended warranty. Ok great right we’ll NO A week ago developed a coolant leak no biggie Dropped off at from Healey Kia of Healey Brothers with an extended warranty. Ok great right we’ll NO A week ago developed a coolant leak no biggie Dropped off at Healey Kia I have a full warranty right Next day I receive a call from there service writer who immediately starts to try and sell me $6900 in service I stop him and ask what about coolant leak Oh he replies you have collision damage to the belly pan that is below the cracked radiator we can’t warranty it so it’s $1300 for a radiator WHAT I say there’s no collision I have no idea what you’re talking about He is of absolute no help My wife picks up car next day I immediately look at the car ABSOLUTELY no collision damage only damage is the belly cover is made out of a composite material witch has begun to detach due to the coolant leak I try to contact Scott K who is of absolutely no help I then order a radiator and begin to change it Now I start with my video of car on lift clearly showing no damage then completely disassembling the front of the car taking video and pictures I finally get to the radiator As to be expected absolutely no collision damage I did however find that both top and bottom of radiator blown out from radiator rotting I then attempted to connect the service manager not an easy thing to do After finally getting through he said sorry can’t help you ABSOLUTELY worst customer service ever ABSOLUTELY worst warranty ever Out come I repaired it my self for $120 in parts And will be cashing in remainder of warranty Moral of the story stay away from Any Healey dealer and there warranty @@ More
