HARDSHIP AND CONSOLATION NO ADDITIONAL COMMENTS AT THIS TIME. WENT FOR REPAIR OF 2012 VERA CRUZ AND ENDED UP PURCHASING A 2018 SANTA FE SPORT. FELT THAT THOUGH, I GAVE THE VEH NO ADDITIONAL COMMENTS AT THIS TIME. WENT FOR REPAIR OF 2012 VERA CRUZ AND ENDED UP PURCHASING A 2018 SANTA FE SPORT. FELT THAT THOUGH, I GAVE THE VEHICLE PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE , THAT SOME HOW, PROPER DUE DILIGENCE WAS NOT AFFORDED. THE DRIVE SHAFT OF MY 2012 VERA CRUZ , WITH 156,000 MILES, AND $9000 IN MAINTENANCE COSTS , SHOULD HAVE BEEN CHECKED TO REVEAL THAT IT HAD TO BE REPLACED, AND FURTHERMORE, AN OIL LEAK WAS OBSERVED, BUT WAS NOT INFORMED EXACTLY WHERE THE LEAKEWAS COMING FROM IN THE REAR, THOUGH IT WAS NOT FROM THE SEALS. VEHICLE WAS ONLY 5 YEARS OLD, FEEL HYUNDAI VEHICLES NOT MANUFACTURED FOR LONG TERM ONWNERSHIP , REGARDLESS OF MAINTENANCE. More

My salesperson was knowledgeable, helpful & patient as I tried to figure out what model fit my needs & budget the best. I never felt pressured to buy nor did I receive any cheesy sales pitch. I truly was allowed to explore what was in my price range & what options were most important to me so I could end up completely pleased with my purchase. After my purchase was complete I found out my salesperson had only been in sales for about 3 months. Very impressive! I never got the sense that he was so new to sales. The 7 years he worked in other areas at Healey Hyundai certainly paid off & he is sure to be an asset to the sales team. More
