After being strung along with a salesman for the whole afternoon the best they could do was &1,600.00 more than the quote. DROVE UP TO FUCCILLO IN ALBANY AFTER THEY GAVE MY Husband a NO HAGGLE PRICE.... THEY DELIVERED ON THERE PROMISE WITH NO BULL... Drove away in a new car in an Hour and a half, SAVED $!,800.00 from Healy's Price. Worth the hour drive!!!!!!!! More
Sales Dept Lied, and did not honor Promotion I drive 2011 Hyundai Genesis and happy with it. I got a letter from Healey Hyundai Sales manager Phil, regarding sales promotion to review new 2015 I drive 2011 Hyundai Genesis and happy with it. I got a letter from Healey Hyundai Sales manager Phil, regarding sales promotion to review new 2015 Hyundai Genesis, and get a complementary oil change. It expired on Nov 1, 2014. Today on Nov 7, I called them if the promotion is still ON, I am interested. I was told that the promotion is extended up to this weekend, that is till Nov 9. I got an appointment for 2 PM today to go there. I was met by sales consultant named Mr. Thomas, with whom I took a 2015 Hyundai Genesis for test drive. I got a quote with Trade-in my old car. THEY WILL NOT GIVE ME A COPY OF THE QUOTE BUT ASKED ME TO COPY THE NUMBERS. They LIED, and refused to honor the oil change offer. They behaved in a highly unprofessional manner. The public, the owner, and Hyundai Corporation should be made aware of their behavior. More
BEWARE! verify availability of your vehicle before visiting. My Wife and I went to this dealer to purchase a Tuscon GLS 2014 in bronze color. Was told that there were "available vehicles" but when we arrived, th My Wife and I went to this dealer to purchase a Tuscon GLS 2014 in bronze color. Was told that there were "available vehicles" but when we arrived, their were only THREE cars available all in the same model "SE". After going through the "dealer process" i.e., credit check, haggling etc., was informed that the we would have to "deposit $1,000" in order secure a vehicle" This dealership had only three vehicles in the SE model, no GLS and or AWD in any color. We were then accused of "not being committed" as result of the lack of available vehicles to display to customers. Dealer was quick to point out that the "deposit would not be refundable" if we were to change our minds. This dealership also conveniently offered a "Take it or leave it" $500 incentive but is quick to include it in the invoice without mentioning it....... My advice to anyone interested in this dealership is to verify your choice of vehicles BEFORE you arrive there. Otherwise be prepared to go through the buying process only to be informed at the very end, that you will have to deposit money for a vehicle that is not physically there. Of course should you decide not to leave a deposit because this dealership does not have your vehicle......then be prepared to be coined "not committed" and quickly dismissed....... Very disappointing!...... More
The worst experience of my life!!! I am disgusted with healey brothers in beacon!! I purchase a Toyota rav 4 on February 14, 2014 the day before a huge snow storm. The next day I bought I am disgusted with healey brothers in beacon!! I purchase a Toyota rav 4 on February 14, 2014 the day before a huge snow storm. The next day I bought the car in because the heat was not working! They stated to have fixed the heat, not even 3 days later the heat goes again! I bring the car back they tell me they need to order parts, the parts arrived almost two weeks later. As we all know this winter wAs brutal so having a car with no heat and a 2 year old child was torture. They put that part in few days after the heat goes again! I bring the car back for service they call me staying they sent the car to Toyota because they could not figure out what was wrong with it! Toyota kept my car for a week and never fixed it! They did not put me into at least a rental till the day before Toyota gave them the unfixed car back! Again they gave me the same story they were ordering parts! I finally get my car back yesterday they give me the car back with my center console cracked they glued it back together! Not only that none of the electrical sockets in the car work now! I feel so completely taken advantage of! I have left so many unreturned messages! I have never dealt with such unprofessional people in my life! How is it that you sell a car that is a complete piece of junk! I bring my car in to have it fixed n they give it back with more problems! They should not be able to do this to hard working ppl! My car is my means of transportation to get to work and provide for my child! More

I was given barely any information on the car that we looked at and instead of giving me a sheet with the information I wanted and needed he just wrote down the price on the back of his card. I wanted a 2014 and he kept pushing the 2013..and instead of giving me the price for the 2014 like I had asked he gave me the price for the 2013. I felt rushed and pressured and felt like he thought we were morons. I would not go there again! More
I have to agree with jms2400. The negotiation was horrible. They mark up their price to give the illusion that you are getting a larger discount. If you have any problem with any particular dealership, you can always reach Hyundai customer affair, they are here to help you. More
I had the pleasure of working closely with Brecken when I was looking for a CPO Santa Fe. He was very knowledgeable about the car I was looking at and super patient during my visits and test drives. He is long time employee of Healey Hyundai and clearly cares about the product he sells and is never pushy or uncomfortable to be with. I worked with many different dealers and sales people over the past 3 months and Brecken stood out as one of the best! I hope to be in the market for a new Santa Fe next year and will definitely return to work with Brecken. I highly recommend that you ask for him if you happen to visit Healey Hyundai. More
I did my research on line and contacted Healey Brothers via Consumer Reports. I received an e-mail the same day and made an appointment with JD, the internet salesman. Since I already picked out the car fr via Consumer Reports. I received an e-mail the same day and made an appointment with JD, the internet salesman. Since I already picked out the car from their stock and had a Consumer Report price, it was quite easy to purchase the car. The price was fair according to kbb.com. I picked up the car in a few days. JD showed me all about the car in a few minutes. He is a very nice salesperson and quite knowledgeable and upfront. I highly recommend him and the entire Healey Brothers. More
after shopping at several dealerships getting the typical runaround, dealing with pushy salespeople that did not know their product very well, i took a drive to healey hyundai. i worked with james mcauley an runaround, dealing with pushy salespeople that did not know their product very well, i took a drive to healey hyundai. i worked with james mcauley and had a wonderful experience. he did a great job explaining the features of the vehicle, very patiently answering all my questions. mr mcauley helped us find the right car and worked with us to make it very affordable-everyone there was great but mr mcauley was exceptional-i referred a coworker to james for a preowned vehicle and she had the same experience. i definately recommend this dealer and strongly recommend james mcauley-ask for him you will be glad you did!
