I went with a good idea of the exact car I wanted, and felt forced to settle for another version of it because they didn't have it on the lot. Staff rushed through the process and made my first car buying experience entirely uncomfortable. The dealer made small talk during my test drive more than he told me about the car. The finance manager was not personable; he rushed through the paperwork, never even offering to go into further detail. The 'insurance girl' was rude; she never even introduced herself, only looked at my paperwork to find the dealer had misplaced a form she needed, ended up taking MY copy promising it back, but never returned it. When calling the insurance, she wrongfully requested a change in policy, and when I politely corrected her, she glared at me and handed me the phone to do her job for her. (I had to explain to the rep I merely had a reference # with a quote since this is my first car purchase and therefore my first policy..) No overview or intro to a service staff member, no review of factory recommended maintenance, no offer to schedule my first service apt., I am still unclear what services are included if any at all. The only features explained to me was the Bluetooth and setting radio favorites upon sending me on my way, and while doing that, another staff member actually threw the building keys to the dealer telling him to close while he was sitting in my new car. The entire interaction with Healey Hyundai was so unsettling I called as soon as I could the Monday after to give feedback and request to reverse the transaction. I was told that this may have been an option had I called later the day of my purchase..(impossible in my case since I was the very last person there.) Manager Phil assured me this cannot be undone because the bank paperwork is immediately sent overnight and in effect the day you sign. Still unhappy, I accepted this then later in the week went to the bank they selected for me, only to discover said bank has no record of me or my loan at all. Very dissatisfied with this experience. More

She didn't seem to know the car very well for someone who is telling you about a new vehicle you know nothing about she should have been better trained. The price of the car is expensive and didn't get the best service to match the price. Though Joe is very nice I feel Healy needs to have the sales person tell the customer about the car, and check on how the customer likes the car a few days after the purchase. I feel Joe did what he could do to help me out, just following what Healy does with not showing us the car and following up. More
