My wife and I did not need to "meet" Allison Croshier, the service depot's assistant manager, since we effectively worked with her before while servicing our 2012 Tucson. Our suggestion: Have a website so customers can review some of what Taylor provides within her presentation regarding the upgrades, for example, of the 2016 Tuscon Limited Model. Some of its may be a little overwhelming for the less "techno savvy" customer. More
