I was told it was the type of music I listen to, no wait.. it is the USB device....no wait.... it's the frequency response....they will not even take the panels off to see if the is a problem, oh wait....it was a loose power window motor, I hope you get the picture More

I left the showroom feeling that the persons I dealt with, during my car buying process, were fair, objective, reasonable and professional. I have been looking at purchasing a Hyundai Genesis for over six months. Part of my determination in purchasing this vehicle was the very positive opinion offered by my son, who is also a Genesis owner, After a year of ownership my son couldn't be more positive about his experience. Starting with his driving experience, to the performance, to the appearance and to the maintenance support he has received. Additionally, my desire to acquire a Genesis stemmed for the research that I had done relative to this vehicle. Many articles alluded to the wonderful reliable performance, the attractive appearance of this vehicle as well as the many accessories that are offered. Today marks my one week of ownership. I'm very content with my purchase. With nearly 1,000 miles of driving, I'm thoroughly enjoying my driving experience. The new car smell, the cars appearance, the audio system, the navigation and the car's performance have all contributed to a wonderful honeymoon period. I'm looking forward to many, many years of reliable performance and trouble free driving. This Genesis replaced a BMW 528I that provided me with 16 years and 302,000 miles of wonderful memories. I hope that this more modern Genesis lives up to its reliable predecessor. I used only synthetic oil with the BMW. I wish that Healy Brothers would convert from their use of a synthetic oil blend. Additionally, I would recommend that they would use a nitrogen fill with their tires. That's what I used with my previous ride and my experience seems to validate the reliability of this method of filling tires. From an administrative view the staff at Healey Brothers couldn't have been more professianal. My salesperson, George Budnik, was knowledgeable and informative. John Treglia, the Finance Manager, was very competent, efficient and fair. Finally, Michelle Belito, was very thorough, knowledgeable and extremely patient in leading me through the auto's various systems. She insured that future return visits to the dealership would be familiar and pleasant by introducing me to the service and parts departments personnel. Overall, my car buying experience was very pleasant and far less stressful than I had anticipated. Thank you Healey Brothers, George Budnik, John Treglia, Michelle Belito and staff. More
