We did not receive the interior color that we ordered but we’re told if we didn’t take this one could be months to get the right interior, so we excepted it. One option that we bought was not working so we bought it back the day after we bought it and were told that it was fixed, and it was not fixed as we found out halfway home from picking it up. We called them back and they would not give us appointment for two weeks. When the two weeks was up there was no rental car for us so we rescheduled for two weeks later, the earliest appointment, and were still told no loaner was available. After looking up reviews and seeing that I was not the only one with the situation. I called back with a different attitude because I was tired of the runaround and finally received an offer to bring the car in the next morning and there will be a rental car waiting for us. This was done by Ed, in the service department, he seems a lot more committed than the rest of the staff. I will let you know if tomorrow pans out. More
I brought the family 2022 Hyundai Tucson with 1800 miles to Healey Hyundai being that the check engine light came on. The car was purchased a few months ago with every warranty possible. The service manager advised me that I would have to authorize a $150 diagnostic test in order for them to check the check engine light. It was explained to me that if the check engine light was covered under warranty I would not have to pay the $150 but if it was not covered under warranty I would have to pay the $150. I asked for examples of how a check engine light could not be covered under warranty and some elaborate examples were provided. The most frustrating part of this interaction was knowing how much money was spent on this new car and the additional warranty programs that were purchased with it. We have always been repeat Healey Hyundai customers. This may no longer be the case going forward. More
Same problem as other reviewers... I bought an Elantra about six weeks ago. All seemed good, paid the money, drove the car off the lot. Realized yesterday that I was still driving around with the temporary registration, and it's going to expire next week. Contacted the DMV to see where the permanent one is, and they said the dealership never filed the paperwork. Now I can't get anyone on the phone at Healey, and I won't be able to drive the car after next week. Update: the dealership has been in touch to say the paperwork has been filed and it’s a DMV backlog and they’re working on it. Dealership said they’ll cover cost if I get a ticket, which was nice . We'll see what happens... More

If you go to this location make sure you go with someone who knows about the values of cars etc. I went with my father and we both got gypped by the manager. He promised us one thing and did another. They will tell you anything you want to hear just to sell you a car. They are very unprofessional. All they care about is the money they are getting at the end of the day and not about what the buyer can afford. I am the sorry one for buying from this dealership. More

terrible service I had an 8am Monday service appointment to do 2 recalls, an oil change, NYS inspection and check the headlights. I dropped the car off Sunday night as I had an 8am Monday service appointment to do 2 recalls, an oil change, NYS inspection and check the headlights. I dropped the car off Sunday night as instructed. I called Monday morning to ensure they had the car and tell them I also needed a part to fix the trunk. The person I spoke to told me they had the car, said she would tell them about the trunk, confirmed my 8am appointment and said the car would be going in now. I did not hear from them all day. I called the next day and was told that the person, Jason, who worked on my car was out that day and that they would call me back. They didn't call. I called again and the person told me they would try to find Jason and call me back but I already knew he was not in so I told them to figure out what happened to my car. After going through multiple people and telling them I wanted my car back (they initially told me they couldn't return my car because it wads in the middle of service), I finally got someone who magically knew what had been done to my car-they had only done the recalls. She gave me a quote to fix the headlights and I asked her to do the bare minimum since I was disappointed in their company. She told me they had to replace both headlights. Then she called back and said, "good news, you only need to replace one headlight!" Then she asked me to have them do more work on my car to make up the difference in price. I said, "no!" I asked for the courtesy shuttle and she made ridiculous excuses that my location was too far away which it wasn't and that the car would take too long to get to me because it can't take the Taconic which is not even a route you would take. Then again magically, the shuttle would be able to pick me up. I got my car and left. It had not been washed which is something they do free of charge for customers with recalls. When I got home, my headlight did not work. I looked at the paperwork and it said there is something wrong with the wiring and that the light night go out. No one ever told me that and there was nothing wrong with the wiring before I brought it, I just needed them to put the bulb back in. I received a call from Jason 2 days later. He said he heard about my disappointment in service and wanted to fix it before it got to his manager. He said he did not know my contact information and did not know what to do with the car when he received it, implying that I had just dropped it off without making an appointment. I informed him that I have an appointment confirmation that had my phone number, e-mail address and service I requested on it. He said he wanted to correct the issues and would speak to a manager and call me back; he didn't. I left him a message the next day and still have not heard from him. I have called multiple times to talk to a manager but staff keep telling me they are unavailable and they will call me back but no one does. More
