Their business hours seem irrelevant to them, because if you arrive near closing time, they stay open for as long as it takes for you to find your car. Then, after you find it, they go out of their way to take care of every little detail swiftly. The entire process, from when I arrived at Healey Hyundai until I drove off the lot with our new Tucson, was under 24 hours. I can't imagine a more accommodating dealership anywhere. More

I came in stressed about the thought of trading in and buying a new car and as soon as I was greeted by Paul, I immediately felt at ease. He was not pushy, never made me feel rushed. He explained everything throughout the process thoroughly and never made me feel like I was wasting his time when I went back and forth because I came in with a trade-in and needed the numbers to work in a certain way in order to make the purchase happen. I had been searching for a car all week and was at my wits end by the time I made it into Healey Hyundai, so much to the point that I debated even going at all and I am so glad I did because having dealt with Paul, it set a completely different tone and now a long term relationship with Healey.
