What a sweet, sensitive, humorous, considerate, man he was helping a Sr. Citizen decide on what her options were for buying/ leasing a newer car...After much anxiety/ agonizing thoughts of what to decide, he explained everything to me with such respect & detail leading me to decide alone which was the best option for me.. I sincerely thank him for all he did for me & am asking the Mgt. team to somehow reward him in someway by acknowledging his great work ethics and business skills... This business transaction translated into a cohesive relationship between us and his expertise helped me to decide what to do.. Many Kudos to you CHRIS for you helping a LIL ole Sr. Citizen... :-).. Healey hyundai is trying to help us with a recall. Phil the manager is helping us. Hopefully he can as Hyundai keeps passing the buck. On our 3rd 12 volt battery and Hyundai is doing nothing. THIS DEALERSHIPS SERVICE MANAGER IS A CROOK & ABSOLUTELY NEEDS TO BE FIRED. I HAD THE SAME EXPERIENCE AS THE July 26, 2024 REVIEWERS. BROUGHT MYHYUNDAI IN FOR A RECALL & TOLD THE SERVICE MANAGER THE STEERIN NEEDS TO BE FIRED. I HAD THE SAME EXPERIENCE AS THE July 26, 2024 REVIEWERS. BROUGHT MYHYUNDAI IN FOR A RECALL & TOLD THE SERVICE MANAGER THE STEERING COUPLER IS GOING. REALLY SHOULD HAVE BEEN IN A RECALL, FAR TOO MANY HYUNDAIS HAVE THIS PROBLEM BECAUSE IT IS A CHEAP PLASTIC COULER. NONE THE LESS, HE SAYS HE CAN CHECK IT FOR $300, I DECLINED THAT THIEFS OFFER. THEN I GET MY CAR BACK & THE COUPLER NOISE NOW IS SO xxxx LOUD, I HAVE 100% NO DOUBT HE TURNED MY STEERING WHEEL AS HARD AS HE COULD ENTIRELY TO THE LEFT OR RIGHT, WHICH NOW SERIOUSLY CRACKED THE COUPLER.THIS IS THE TRUTH! PLEASE PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO ALL THE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK HERE. I AM NOT A DISGRUNTLED HYUNDAI OWNER, I HATE THIEVES & THIS DEALERS SERVICE DEPT. HAS A CROOK RUNNING THE DEPARTMENT. Don’t do it…! Regardless of what you need done a dealership is know by their service department. I recently brought my vehicle there for Recalls. I received a call that several items needed to be fixed which my mechanic says they did not! When I picked up the vehicle, I immediately noticed a strange sound coming from under the left front area. I drive this vehicle four hours a day and I know every sound it makes. This is not one of them. My vehicle was not making this sound when I dropped it off. After picking it up I immediately knew something was wrong! It was so loud and obvious. What a scam! You can’t tell me you didn’t do anything just because the recalls were not in that area. When I left it there from driving it two hours there was no sound and now it is horrible…! Don’t do it! More

They severely lack customer service skills. I tried calling MULTIPLE times regarding a large trim piece that came off my 2024 tucson while traveling, put on hold multiple times, given a fake em I tried calling MULTIPLE times regarding a large trim piece that came off my 2024 tucson while traveling, put on hold multiple times, given a fake email address to send the pictures (when I called to follow up I'm told there is nobody there by that name) Get back in town, go to service, 5 people at the counter NOT ONE acknowledges me...finally get help, then service manager tells me he is TOO busy to talk with me??!!! He needs to have a conversation about CUSTOMER SERVICE and their lack of it. (FYI at my first service they tried telling me I needed an alignment...went someplace else and they showed me on the computer that it was NOT needed). More
