I had a problem with my Traverse. Took it to Healey to be diagnosed. Was assured that no work would be done without my prior approval. Diagnosis price was $189. My appointment for diagnosis was set for two weeks later. Received a call and learned that the problem was caused by a single wire fault that they chose to repair without advising me. So, I was charged a total of $420 to reconnect a single wire. The hourly rate for Healey techs is $189. At 40 hours per week/50 weeks per year, their techs generate $380,000 per year. (I wonder how much of that the techs get to keep?) Ouch--$420 to reconnect a single wire. I think my lawyer would have charged me less. More
Bought 2019 Colorado (certified) on June 22, 2023 I had truck less than a day steering problem took truck back and salesman test drove agreed there's a problem, they replace the rack I go back to pickup on truck less than a day steering problem took truck back and salesman test drove agreed there's a problem, they replace the rack I go back to pickup on way home trucks steering still isn't right I call them they said bring in on Monday and they will check it again. later that night on way to store I turn into store parking lot power steering goes completely out almost hit another car I called healey they send tow truck next day Ray (very rude person) calls me says we cant duplicate the problem I mention to him through research I found TSBs on truck he responds we aren't aware of any I again explain there's a mild vibration in front left wheel steering gets very tight and after losing power steering I'm afraid to drive it I told him I have a 2010 Silverado with 200,000 miles on it that has been used for plowing off roading etc and it steers better than this truck to which he replies is irrelevant . I also spoke to Bill Birmingham the GM and questioned the GM certified inspection on this truck and how it got to be certified there's large scratches behind the cab of the truck above the bed and elsewhere that were brought to salesman's attention and was promised it would be corrected as of July 16, 2023 it has not, there's a dent in lower part of tailgate about size of a gold ball which I didn't notice until insurance inspection inspector said it appeared to be very old damage, after reviewing certification inspection paperwork none of this is mentioned, It has been one big run around since buying this truck I'm totally confused how this truck became GM certified I'm so disheartened and disappointed in healey brothers Chevy Ive owned this truck since June 22, 2023 today is July 16, 2023 in all this time Ive literally had the truck in my possession one and a half days, truck cost $35,000 with 32,00 miles on odometer I bought this truck because I needed to downsize and because it was GM certified that used to stand for something but I guess not anymore its all about profits who cares if a customer gets screwed over. I guess nothing ever changes with GM. More

Awful dealership in every aspect. Sales team wasn’t helpful and was energetic at all about making sale. No inventory and price hikes lead me else where. Service staff is rude, predatory, unprofessional, incompetent and disrespectful. Took my newer car in for an oil change and was immediately bullied into an upcharge I denied then they literally fought and argued with me cause me to takes my keys back and leave. Completely rude and disrespectful staff. Save yourself the headache and go anywhere else. Trash dealership. More
Started out ok. But salesman “ Duke” I believe real name is Phil. Quickly lost patience when I did not buy the car because it was uncomfortable for me. He had a new customer anyway when I returned from test drive and basically blew me off. The call center is very annoying at healey and will call you nonstop. So I got a follow up call and was asked why didn’t he show me a bigger car like the equinox. So I followed up with him. Long story short they did not have one equipped the way I wanted. He kept lying saying it did. Unless I informed customer who would have trusted him would have bought the car but when I clearly showed him on the Chevy website that it’s a separate package for 2023 he got pissed off and said lose my number. Healey in general is a terrible group. More

I had an problem with the service department so I emailed the owners. I received a call the next day from Brian Healey and he resolved the issue in 10 minutes! The Manager Andy is very unprofessional. I submitted a request online for a new Traverse and he asked me to come in to talk about it. Then I told him in 2019, they were unable to accommodate a lease for m request online for a new Traverse and he asked me to come in to talk about it. Then I told him in 2019, they were unable to accommodate a lease for me, so I went to Major World and they did an amazing job, all in 1 day. Andy then turns around and tells me all Traverses have been sold and he has none left. I know of the shortage but he said there is no wait list for me. All Traverses coming in are already spoken for. As a store manager, that was very disrespectful and the CSR relaying this message to me was laughing. I would never do business with these people. Major World in LIC although its in the city was so much more helpful and professional. More
