Recently I purchased a preowned Taurus SHO from Friendly Ford in Poughkeepsie, NY. I was traveling quite a distance ( approx 2.5 hours from Long Island, NY ) so I was concerned from the beginning that the Ford in Poughkeepsie, NY. I was put in touch with Bobby, the sales manager who was nothing short of a professional and a complete gentleman. He was patient, kind and in my opinion undersold the actual condition of the car, which was perfect. When I arrived at the dealership I worked with Bobby and Brian (Sales professional who was also a complete gentleman) and the whole experience was a great one. My purchase came with a lifetime power train warranty at no extra cost! There were no hidden fees & no silly sales tactics. The required maintenance was done but the technicians emptied out my special windshield fluid I already filled, they replaced with their regular fluid. Very upsetting since I bought the special wiper flu emptied out my special windshield fluid I already filled, they replaced with their regular fluid.
