My only complaint was the cost of the new tire. $225.00 seems exorbitant but I felt that I had no other options at the time. I am recovering from a serious injury and would have been unable to change the tire if it went flat while on my way to another ( cheaper) fire shop. More

Met with Mark Bernicker, who introduced me to Bob Pucher. Sat with Bob explained what I wanted in a new truck and in 20 minutes we had a deal. Brian Grunow did the financial paper work. Great experience, knowledgable people, even the employees I didn't deal with had great attitudes & kind words. I would highly recommend Friendly Ford !! More

Lou in sales is one of the rare breeds in the car business industry that I've met to date that actually does not try to pull the wool over any of his customers eye he has his full support from his general manager and staff and making important decisions and tries his best to get the customer the best deal possible on a vehicle without all the in-between nonsense. This is an amazing dealership everyone I've met is very customer oriented especially Dennis in the service department who goes out of his way to make sure you're happy with the vehicle and that is department has left no Stones Unturned being a service advisor in a customer relationship is very important you feel like you're dealing with family not to mention the Fantastic donuts and coffee they have there waiting for you LOL. Excellant customer service with no high pressure sales. Leroy our salesman was great, we knew what we wanted and he handled everything quickly and with no added pressure. After recently going to another dealership and getting the high pressured sales pitch Leroy was exactly what we needed. When we went to pick up our vehicle Leroy and Jeff moved thinks along there was minimal wait. The transaction did not have me sitting at the dealership for hours. She made an appointment for me to meet with a sales representative at my convenience. Leroy Porter listened to my budget concerns and worked with Robert Pucher to make the trade in and car price fair and affordable. Jeff Townson is the first finance guy that I've ever liked. He actuality listened to why I think extended warranties are a waste of money and carefully explained why computers and safety systems have made these more valuable than in the past. We found a plan that made sense for me and worked with my budget. At no time was I pushed. Everyone supported my needs and realty listened to understand what I needed to make this purchase a reality. More
