I stopped in for a price, and drove out with a new car! My first visit to Friendly Ford of Poughkeepsie was two and a half years ago F-150 with a 2016 F-150 with a better towing rating. I went there because they had the only vehicle in a 150 mile radius that had all the options i wanted.... I bought the F-150 with the payments that I wanted. And I walked out with two Vehicles. I had my wife with me and she fell in love with a 2017 Explorer,,,, Another deal I couldn't pass up. Fast forward to 2019 and I am back for my 3rd vehicle!! My wife wanted to downsize to the Ford Edge. Could I have gone to a closer Ford Dealership... But Poughkeepsie Friendly Ford lives up to their name. For me its more than just getting a good price. Its being treated like family....No pressure sales force! They work hard to get you the car you want. But in this last case they went beyond my expectations and got my wife into a new Edge Titainium .... Happy wife, Happy life... made easy and pleasant with the help of Ed Finn and salesman Kharly and Brian Grunow. More

OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE FROM "HELLO" TO "ENJOY YOUR NEW CAR" I had been trying to "gear up" for the beginning of the process to finding the right pre-certified car for myself and was completely dreading the past I had been trying to "gear up" for the beginning of the process to finding the right pre-certified car for myself and was completely dreading the past experiences I have had with dealerships (non-stop calls, emails, reminders about cars and incessant pressure to return and buy a vehicle). From the minute I entered the dealership, the Sales Manager, Eddie Finn welcomed me with a warm smile and I had the pleasure of working with Paul Metzger as my car salesman. I had explained what I was looking for, the need for a very reliable car that would handle well in the NY winters and provide me the security I was looking for. Humor was part of our interaction right from the beginning and the test drive continued to be just as pleasurable. I actually had groceries in the car and had no intentions of purchasing a vehicle that evening. The reality is that with the professional members of the Friendly Ford Dealership, it was evident that they GENUINELY cared about my concerns, my finance parameters and worked extremely diligently with me to ensure that I had the confidence not only in the vehicle that I was looking to purchase, but that they were there to help support the purchase process and make it the most enjoyable, and quite frankly, most surprising experience. After we discussed numbers for my trade in with the pre-certified vehicle I was interested in, I was then able to meet with Brian Grunow who is the finance manager. Again...the same carry through of what was best for the "customer" was discussed and Brian was extremely thorough with ensuring that I was purchasing the warranty that best matched my needs. Without doubt, this dealership goes above and beyond in every way shape and form. Every question and concern was met with answers and assurances. I highly recommend this dealership.
