When I bought my vehicle I was hesitant since it sounded weird. Then I contacted my original sales rep about my vehicle skipping every once in a while the night after i bought it. He wasn't available sinc weird. Then I contacted my original sales rep about my vehicle skipping every once in a while the night after i bought it. He wasn't available since he is off Fridays. When i did speak with him he had me come in and have service take a look at it. I explained to them that it skips from time to time and it sounds weird. They said everything checks out. The noise got louder and louder till finally i went back and said they needed to check it cause its too loud now. They said it was the alternator and that I had to pay $100 because my warranty covers it but I have a deductible which I felt they shouldve paid it since i got it with a bad alternator. Fine I paid the $100. My car is still skipping and now my brake light goes off when i drive long distance. Sorry to say but I feel like they sold me into this vehicle cause they knew my situation wasnt the greatest. And im thankful for there help. But I don't feel I shouldve had to pay anything for the alternator and they shouldve fixed my engine or transmission skipping. The vehicle I purchased was a recent trade in so I feel they never gave it time to certify it was ready to sell. Tom the sales rep was very helpful. But I feel the service dept is lacking. While Pete was helpful, the $100 charge for the alternator should have been waived or they should have picked up the cost. Still have skipping in my car and now brake issue, who knows whats next? Healey Brothers was by far the best dealership experience I have ever had when dealing with car dealers. Their whole staff was prompt to help me the minute I walked through the door. They didn't go the ext I have ever had when dealing with car dealers. Their whole staff was prompt to help me the minute I walked through the door. They didn't go the extra mile, they surpassed it by going beyond all measure of any other previous dealership I have every dealt with in the past 25 years That I have been buying cars. This is just my humble opinion, if you have any reason to buy, sell or trade in a vehicle, then you need to stop by Healey Brothers and see Rich Clark or any of the staff. They will make it personal and help in any way they can. More

I went in without my husband and was looking for a Grand Caravan because it has 3rd row seating. Rich was extremely helpful and informed me that the Journey would meet all of my needs without being so large Caravan because it has 3rd row seating. Rich was extremely helpful and informed me that the Journey would meet all of my needs without being so large and "mom-ish" (as I explained I was very anti-minivan.) He had me test drive not one, but two Dodge Journeys, and though he didn't have one with my specifications, he hunted one down for me in the exact color and options I requested. Rich was extremely professional while also being very down-to-earth and very enjoyable. Car salesmen can be scary sometimes, especially when you're a woman... but Rich squashed all I'd ever known of that stereotype. His manager Tommy was also a fantastic guy and very likable. When it came down to it, we just couldn't afford what we wanted, and I ended up leaving without a new car. BUT... I will definitely be back to Rich as soon as we can do it. He is the man I want to buy my next car from!! (Only con about Healey Dodge is the manager named George. Not personable in the least, clearly doesn't like children, and did not help us get a better deal - in fact, another guy (I think his name was Sean?) did much better for us.) All in all, Healey Dodge gets an A+. I actually consider dropping in just to say hello to them when I drive by. In 2 days of shopping, I really felt comfortable with them. Great people! More
I have gone to this dealership to inquire on pricing to lease a base model Dodge Dart for my mother. After having shopped around having value and fuel efficiency in mind for my mother we were looking at a lease a base model Dodge Dart for my mother. After having shopped around having value and fuel efficiency in mind for my mother we were looking at a Chevy Cruze ($149 a month for 39 months), Ford Fiesta (169 a month for 24 months), and a Hyundai Accent (189 a month for 39 months) we decided to come here to look at the Dart. We asked to look at it, let us test drive it, and then asked the salesman to crunch some numbers on this $17,000 car. The guy comes back telling my mother and I "I have a deal for you that will blow you out of the water." More like a deal that blew me out of the dealership. They wanted $269 a month for a car priced the same as the others we looked at for the same amount of time (39 month lease) and same down payment ($3000). It doesn't just end there. The moron does this old tactic to try to scare us into buying a Chrysler 200 (an outdated car with horrible quality ratings and fuel economy that only the oil companies would love) for $215 a month. I told him to shove the 200 and walked out with complete dissatisfaction. I recommend to anyone to not buy from this dealer unless you have a canny ability to stand your ground and know what you are doing to force the best deal out of these thieves looking to jip you. More
