To be honest, we went to Healey Brothers because they were the only Jeep dealership in our area open on Sundays. There is one much closer to home, but I'm glad we ended up where we did. We were in the ma were the only Jeep dealership in our area open on Sundays. There is one much closer to home, but I'm glad we ended up where we did. We were in the market to lease a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee for my wife, and before we left the dealership that day, all the paperwork was done. We picked the car up yesterday (Monday), and my wife loves driving it. I am a Mercedes-Benz customer and so am used to the highest level of service. Healey and Rich are on a par with what I've come to expect from Mercedes. I had a couple of things I wanted Rich to follow up on (cross bars for the roof rack, faxing docs to insurance company) and he was all over it. I recommend both the dealership and this particular salesman to anyone in the market for a new car. More
I went to look for a new truck and they found exactly what I was looking for within my budget. I talked to Rich Clark about buying the truck and before I knew it I was driving the truck off the lot. The sales manager took the time to go over all the paper work and made sure that I understood everything and was happy with my visit. Further more I ordered a bed liner for the truck and two days later it was done! More
It was just an overall great experience. Rich is a great salesperson to deal with, followed up on any delays we had on the factory order, and was very responsive to my countless questions and follow ups. Tom was equally a pleasure to work with to finalize the financing...straight to the point and no nonsense to deal with like some finance managers at other dealers. More
I just want to express my thanks for the recent work performed on my 2007 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. From the time I purchased the car from Dutchess Dodge I had a problem with the Throttle Control warning performed on my 2007 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. From the time I purchased the car from Dutchess Dodge I had a problem with the Throttle Control warning light coming on and causing problems that disabled the car and made it unsafe to drive. After 15 trips to Dutchess over the past 6 years for this problem I was skeptical anyone could or had any interest in fixing the problem. I was told by Dutchess to sell the car so it would be someone else's problem which I would never do. Gary from A&G garage in E.Fishkill recommended I go to Healey to have the rear differential repaired on my 2006 Laredo . You guys did a great job so when the Throttle Control light came on again in my Wrangler I brought it in. It took over two weeks but your service dept. stuck with it and the car is running better than anytime since I bought it. They even gave me a new spare tire cover and waived some of the charges I thought I'd be paying. My special thanks to your service manager Anthony and the techs that worked on my car. You restored my faith in Jeeps which I've owned since I was 16 yrs old. I just ordered new license plate covers for all three of my jeeps to replace the frames with the Dutchess Dodge logo on them. Your staff has created a repeat customer. Thank You, Rick Tedesco More
Came to this dealer twice for service. Once was for a recall serivce on the front seat heater. Took all day to Service and in the end the Tech forgot to install the front seat retaining bolts. The seat recall serivce on the front seat heater. Took all day to Service and in the end the Tech forgot to install the front seat retaining bolts. The seat nearly fell backward at a stop light. I had to install them and tighten them up securely. The second visit was for an issue with the Overdrive on the Transmission. The tech took three days to mis-diagnose the issue. Cost several hours of tech time to get it wrong. They would not listen to the customer about what might be the cause. Ended up doing the research on-line and located the problem myself. Turned out to be a common issue with this vehicle and the repair was pretty simple to accomplish. I will never return to this dealer for service again. I can acheive the same result by doing nothing to the car. More
This is the first vehicle I've purchased from Healey Brothers Dodge. Most car salesman have less than 1 year of experience. Healey Brothers Dodge is not your average dealership. Rich Clark did not wa Brothers Dodge. Most car salesman have less than 1 year of experience. Healey Brothers Dodge is not your average dealership. Rich Clark did not waste my time trying to sell me a vehicle. He listened to my requirements, got me a fair price on my trade in, and got me the truck I wanted. The buying experience could not have been better. If you are looking for a professional car/truck sales person who will listen to your requirements and get you a good deal, you MUST work with Rick Clark. Its my first time buying from Healey Brothers, but I would not hesitate doing business with them again. You will not be disappointed........... More
This was my third dealership and before I came I planned on going to a 4th. Due to my horrible experience with Meadowlands, and my near horrible experience with bills voltz... I even thought about buying my on going to a 4th. Due to my horrible experience with Meadowlands, and my near horrible experience with bills voltz... I even thought about buying my Chrysler 200 down south. at Meadowlands in 2010, I was sold a certified pre-owned vehicle that was a lemon from day one. Within the first year of owning the vehicle, I return to the shop over 10 times to access my hundred thousand mile warranty. Fast forward three years and I was giving a free gas tank, due to the bad part attached to the gas tank. That part caused me and 4 family members to spill gas all over ourselves. In March of 2013, I was given a free gas tank at 95000 miles. I knew that it was time to trade my truck at that moment. Meadowlands offered me 8500 for a car that was worth between 11 thousand and thirteen thousand. I've then went to build volts on compound Road in Yorktown New York. I shared with them my terrible experience at Meadowlands and they told me they were the sister store. Right then I should have left, but instead I left a $500 deposit to hold the car of my dreams. Due to the fact that the car dealer Tom, who was very good at his job, told me Bill Volz dealership was not open on Sunday. I then took a ride to check out the Healey brothers dealership. From the second I walked in, it was obvious that Tim Warren, my dealer was more concerned with me being in a safe car then how much money I was going to pay for it. He offered to give me as much time as I needed to do some research on the Chrysler 200. The finance manager Tom Bosko, was hustling the whole time I was here. He was helping the dealers and even picking up garbage outside. The coffee was great, which not only made me smile, but got rid of my stress headache. However, every person I encountered at Healey brothers Jeep, cared about me not only as a consumer but as a person as well. Rich Klark, another dealer also was warm and friendly. Apart from all this, the only reason I came here, was to see how much money I would get for my trade in. They knew what my car was worth and even offered me $10,000 for the trade. I have been dealing with a very upsetting situation since 2010. It was nice to finally feel like I was being treated as a consumer. If anybody ever asked me where to buy an American made car, I plan on telling them Healey brothers in beacon New York. PS... I love my new dream car! More
I had very good experience here at Healy Dodge. Despite being extremely busy, Rich was able to answer all my questions and gave me the attention I needed. I especially liked how he allowed me time alone wi being extremely busy, Rich was able to answer all my questions and gave me the attention I needed. I especially liked how he allowed me time alone with my family to check out the vehicle on our own with no pressure. I felt very comfortable here. Over all the rest of the staff was great too. They were very accommodating of me and my crazy kids. Rich did as much as he could to make the process as quick as possible and kept the kids entertained with balloons. I would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and co-works, I actually already have. More
