My family has been buying our cars from Healey Chrysler Dodge for so long, I can't remember how many years it has been but it has been over 25 years. I know we have purchased at least 6 vehicles from that Dodge for so long, I can't remember how many years it has been but it has been over 25 years. I know we have purchased at least 6 vehicles from that dealership and use their service department exclusively. I also send lots of friends and family when they need a car. I feel that you should know that as of late, your service department has really gone down hill. Examples of these things are, service stickers with the wrong information on them, this has happened to me on several occasions so I am sure there are many others it has happened to. Lately when we call to schedule a service appointment, we get put on hold multiple times. Most recently I took my vehicle in for an engine issue and mind you I brought it in as they scheduled so I did not have use of my car for a few days. When I took it in as scheduled, it took them 9 days to look at my car to determine the issue. My wifes Grand Cherokee also had problems where they did not reassemble her vehicle correctly and they cracked her engine cover and never replaced it. Al of this should be on record. I have never seen things this bad. I hope you can make the changes needed to restore the service centers ability to provide their customers with a Plus 1 experience. More

Hello, I am writing regarding a recent purchase I made at Healey CDJR in Beacon where I traded in my 2016 Chevrolet Trax for a 2017 Jeep Compass. We looked at some vehicles, did a test drive, and settled on the compass from Healey Chevrolet. This is where I made my first mistake. I was under the impression, as anyone would be, that vehicles listed online for sale have been checked, cleaned and repaired as needed. That was not the case. The vehicle was brought over dirty, the back-seat leather was shredded, and there was a MAJOR need for wheel balance. I was on a time constraint this day and could not sit around to wait but was told I can't take my old car back at this point and so my option was that I had to drive the Jeep to Albany. I was not upset, because I tend to give everyone the benefit of the doubt. While driving on 87, I realized the car was shaking incredibly severely so I called and spoke to my salesman Darrell, who apologized profusely, and I arranged to bring it right back to leave for repairs free of charge. The seat leather was patched (albeit there is now a sticky residue on the back seat that I can't remove and my white seats are covered in black clothing lint), the wheel balance fixed (mostly...it still vibrates over 55 mph), and the car was vacuumed (no detailing done for sure, center console and mirrors and windows were grimy). After I picked up the vehicle, again, I realized there were more issues (trunk leaks in the rain, steering wheel is pulling to the left, vehicle still shakes, seat belt restraints don’t hold the passengers when you hit the brakes) and I reached out to inquire about at which point will I have to begin to pay for repairs and what things should have been fixed already before sale? What is still covered for a new purchase? My email and phone calls have gone unreturned. Less than 3K miles after getting this car, I got an Oil Pressure Low warning. Why would the car have no oil? Did anyone give it an oil change before selling? Is there an oil consumption problem I am unaware of? I had to buy 2 quarts of oil just so I could get home. I received a letter in the mail a few weeks ago from the DMV stating that they have never received any proof of insurance and that I need to surrender my plates immediately or risk suspension of license. I called Darrell, who advised he would have the DMV Clerk call me, but I never heard back. I wrongly assumed this meant it was taken care of. On Friday August 13, I was pulled over in Monroe by town police. He stated he pulled me over because my license plate is registered to a 2016 Chevrolet Trax with expired inspection and no insurance. He was kind enough to let me go with no tickets and was understanding that it's a new car. I immediately called and left a voicemail for Darrell. In the morning, I also called and spoke to one of the two sales managers for CDJR (I believe it was Eddy) who then put me back in contact with Darrell regarding the status of my paperwork. He stated that sometimes this happens because the DMV gets backed up. I asked for follow up on the insurance and he stated they don’t do that there, and I need to call Progressive (why couldn’t you tell me this a week ago?). Then he said something that struck a nerve. He stated that they JUST received the title the day before and that it will be on its way to me within a week and a half. So, did the DMV fall behind or did you? How do you register a car with no title? Whose car have I really been driving the past month and a half? Last night, August 20, I was pulled over in Middletown by a State Trooper who was not quite as kind. He approached me aggressively, and his first question was "Who does this vehicle belong to?". I said it belongs to me. He asked my name and for my paperwork, I handed him my license and explained I only have the temp registration off the window because it's a new car and I haven't gotten the new one yet. He asked me again "Who does this vehicle belong to?", and I noticed another trooper was on the opposite side of my vehicle with a flashlight inspecting my back seat. I repeated that it's mine. He said, "Why do you have these plates on the car?" I was confused because they are MY plates so that's why I have them. "Who put these plates on this vehicle?" I explained it was done at the dealership. He asked AGAIN "Who does this vehicle belong to ma'am?" And it was at that point that I realized that I was being questioned because it looks like I am driving a stolen vehicle. I stated I have paperwork still in my car that proves I purchased the vehicle with this VIN, I have my insurance documents for this vehicle, I have my license, I have the loan information on my phone, etc. So, he asked for my insurance and my license, I handed it to him and he came back with a printout of what shows on his computer screen after running my plates (kindly enough, because I truly don't believe that CDJR believes that I was pulled over). If you need, I can provide a copy of that to you as well. I am hoping you can help me in some way with this situation, because at this point as much as I love having the Jeep I always wanted, I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience thus far and am regretting making my purchase with Healey. I look forward to speaking with someone soon. More
