Brought car in to have two filters replaced. I had other appointments lined up and was going to be rushed to get from one to the other on time. I waited over two and a half to three hours for an oil change;: that I had an appointment for. Then I had to wait over 30 minutes for a cashier, that was not at the cashier window.I asked for management w change;: that I had an appointment for.
