Part of service was not done after an oil change. I had to leave and return since it was lunch time and busy. It took about an hour to get my car back for a four point wheel alignment. I was very impressed with the timing of my repair and the headlights looked practically brand new. Once I arrived to pick my Murano up Christopher Thomas notice that I had a scratch down the length of my drivers side and he said that if I had 30 minutes that he could make that look fairly new again also. I agreed to let him see if he could correct the issue. I had my doubts because I had hit the bumper of another car and assumed that the damage would have to require a body shop. After about 30 minutes Carrie Ellis took me to my cat and I was amazed at the way it shined and the scratches where gone. I have always had good service at Headquarter Nissian and I will continue to have my car serviced there. Everyone that I dealt with was friendly and knowledgeable in what they was assisting me in. I would have to say that the only problem I have ever had there would be the lack of personnel at the cashier counter. There is a dealership in the city where I live but I prefer to drive over to Headquarter because I like the service I receive. Kevin Ingram is the service advisor that's helped me since I bought the car and he is all I could ask for. They give follow-up calls after you receive service to make sure all went well.
