I had to bring in my Murano for a couple of recalls. Overall the experience was good. Kevin was very friendly and helpful. I do have to complain about the wait time. Plus one of the recalls I brought the car in for a part would have to be ordered. So what was the point of making an appointment. I really can't be without my car for another day. Part of service was not done after an oil change. I had to leave and return since it was lunch time and busy. It took about an hour to get my car back for a four point wheel alignment. I did not have an appointment to bring my car in, but Carrie said that she would make sure that my oil was changed and she also informed me that they had a great employee that could restore my headlights Carrie said that she would make sure that my oil was changed and she also informed me that they had a great employee that could restore my headlights tona like new condition. I was very impressed with the timing of my repair and the headlights looked practically brand new. Once I arrived to pick my Murano up Christopher Thomas notice that I had a scratch down the length of my drivers side and he said that if I had 30 minutes that he could make that look fairly new again also. I agreed to let him see if he could correct the issue. I had my doubts because I had hit the bumper of another car and assumed that the damage would have to require a body shop. After about 30 minutes Carrie Ellis took me to my cat and I was amazed at the way it shined and the scratches where gone. I have always had good service at Headquarter Nissian and I will continue to have my car serviced there. Everyone that I dealt with was friendly and knowledgeable in what they was assisting me in. I would have to say that the only problem I have ever had there would be the lack of personnel at the cashier counter. I bought my 2012 Nissan Maxima from Headquarter Nissan and it was a great experience. This is the first dealership that I've dealt with that has gone out of their way to make sure I am happy and satisfied and it was a great experience. There is a dealership in the city where I live but I prefer to drive over to Headquarter because I like the service I receive. Kevin Ingram is the service advisor that's helped me since I bought the car and he is all I could ask for. They give follow-up calls after you receive service to make sure all went well. They truly are the best! More
