A month ago, my wife and I went to HQN looking for a vehicle for her. We found an automobile that she liked and we had the opportunity to meet Shawn Sadruddin. We left short of making a deal because my vehicle for her. We found an automobile that she liked and we had the opportunity to meet Shawn Sadruddin. We left short of making a deal because my wife was not completely certain that the car had everything that she wanted. 2 weeks later I returned to HQN to buy that same vehicle to surprise her, but I was the one surprised. Learning that the vehicle had already been sold. If it had not been for Shawn calling me and checking on us, I probably would have purchased the vehicle elsewhere since we had found a similar vehicle in another city. However, when Shawn broke the news to me that the car was gone, he informed me that he could get exactly what I wanted in two days. At this point I felt like there was no way that he can do this in two days. Surprised again... Shawn called me and told me to come pick up the car. When we arrived on the lot, Shawn met us on the floor and walked us to the vehicle, it had just been completely detailed inside and out, and it was exactly what he had promised. After an hour, my wife drove off of the lot with her new Altima Coupe. She and I are both pleased beyond measure, with the level of professionalism Shawn displayed. I had expressed an interest on seeing a car on the internet, when a very friendly person from IT named Frankie called me 5 minutes later to set up an appointment to come in and look at the model I was internet, when a very friendly person from IT named Frankie called me 5 minutes later to set up an appointment to come in and look at the model I was looking for. After seeing 3 Mustangs sell out in front of me, the salesman David Walters worked some numbers for me and found out what I could afford. He was very knowlegeble about the model, and after taking a test drive, I was very impressed with the 2009 Hyundai Azera so much that I decided to take it. David worked with the financial department, and got my payments where I could afford it, finalized the paperwork, and I ended up taking it home that evening. A very nice experience and I will be a return customer. EVERYONE was very friendly! More
