Since there isn't an Infiniti dealership close by I started taking my Infiniti FX35 to this Nissan dealership every time I needed anything for it whether it be an oil change or if I have questions abou started taking my Infiniti FX35 to this Nissan dealership every time I needed anything for it whether it be an oil change or if I have questions about warranty work. They are more friendly than a couple of the Infiniti dealerships I've dealt with (excluding the one I bought it from). Kevin always makes himself available in a short time and provides top notch service without fail. He keeps me up to date on suggested service items and makes sure I am taken care of at checkout as well. Thank you for always being first class and a pleasure to deal with! More

When I originally stopped by the dealership, I was only interested in looking at cars for price comparison. I explained this to the salesperson, Devon. Although I expressed the fact that I was not ready to buy right away, Devon was still very helpful. He let me test drive a few vehicles. It seems as though his goal was to ensure that I left as a satisfied customer. Devon treated me with the utmost respect and was very courteous. Many of the dealerships that I stopped by in the area were not as courteous when I explained that I was only window shopping. It seems as though their level of enthusiasm dropped as soon as they realized that they were not going to make a sale. Behavior like this usually turns people of from car dealers. The fact that I was not ready to purchase a vehicle on the day that I visited Headquarter Nissan did not deter Devon Henry from treating me like a valued customer. Devon was very friendly and comes across as a real people person - eager to impress without letting his morals slip. This has placed Headquarter Nissan of Columbus as #1 on my list when I come back to purchase a car. More

From beginning to end, this was the best car buying experience my husband and I have ever had. We were greeted by several employees when we entered the car dealership and were immediately assigned to experience my husband and I have ever had. We were greeted by several employees when we entered the car dealership and were immediately assigned to Sean Hethcox. He was a breath of fresh air - humble, personable, honest and friendly- not characteristics that we were used to in our previous experiences buying cars. We knew we wanted a Lexus of a certain make and model and there was one matching our description. The problem was, it was already reserved for another dealership to buy. Sean went out of his way to get this vehicle for us, not even knowing if we were serious or just looking. Based on the deal we received, the service we received, and the integrity that we felt came with the whole experience, we could not be happier.
