We were just getting our current vehicle serviced when Mr. Fair came around to the service department talking to all the customers. Mr Fair and I started having a conversation and he asked me what model vehicle I had in service. I told him and the next thing I knew we were buying another Nissan Frontier truck. Walking into HQ Nissan was a breath of fresh air in terms of old fashion customer service. I have never experienced this caliber of service and I must say it was a great encounter and he just know how to make you feel at ease and very comfortable. The main thing that stood out about Al Taylor is when I told him the type of Truck I wanted with all the various features he diligently went to work and would not quite until I was totally satisfied with my new 2012 Titan truck with all the bells and whistles and that was an awesome moment for me.
