Walking into HQ Nissan was a breath of fresh air in terms of old fashion customer service. I was greeted with a real smile by everyone and the sales person Al Taylor was an exceptional person with a caring of old fashion customer service. I have never experienced this caliber of service and I must say it was a great encounter and he just know how to make you feel at ease and very comfortable. The main thing that stood out about Al Taylor is when I told him the type of Truck I wanted with all the various features he diligently went to work and would not quite until I was totally satisfied with my new 2012 Titan truck with all the bells and whistles and that was an awesome moment for me.
