My car had broke down on 5-5-13 and I was so devastated. I went directly to HQ Nissan to see what kind of stylish, yet very reasonable car I could afford. I test drove a 2012 nissan sentra and fell in love with it. I returned on 5-6-13 to see what they could do as far as getting me into the car. shawn worked very hard at meeting my needs and he fought to get me the best interest rate and payment. Shawn is an outstanding sales person and I will definitely be buying another car from him again....no time soon though. lol Overall, I had an outstanding experience with hq nissan and purchasing my first car. thanks shawn!! On May 31st 2013......around 3:00 in the afternoon my husband and I were in a very bad mood. We were turned down by other dealers ..either not enough credit or the prices were too high ...but with that , husband and I were in a very bad mood. We were turned down by other dealers ..either not enough credit or the prices were too high ...but with that ,we already set in our head that we were already going get let down again. Walking into Headquarter Nissan two angels walked up to us and helped us. Told us to give them an hour and we were not going to walk out empty handed. So we waited ....all the while they were very attentive and kept us updated on what was going on. They came out and told us we were good!! The service we received today was excellent... My husband had been looking on-line, checking out SUV dealerships. Although, when we were approached by the Greeter we said, " we was just looking". Guess what? We ended up buying after a test drive with Mr.Tim Fair.
