My husband and I went in to Headquarter Nissan, with the intent of using a pre-approved loan. The process took a total of 6 hours total, spread over two days, but the time was well worth the wait. He was friendly, he walked us through each step, making sure we understood everything that was going on, and even helped us negotiate with the insurance company. The Finance Department was extremely flexible in working with us to put us in the car we wanted, at a price we could afford. My car had broke down on 5-5-13 and I was so devastated. I went directly to HQ Nissan to see what kind of stylish, yet very reasonable car I could afford. I test drove a 2012 nissan sentra and fell in love with it. I returned on 5-6-13 to see what they could do as far as getting me into the car. shawn worked very hard at meeting my needs and he fought to get me the best interest rate and payment.
