I came to HQ Nissan from South Carolina to shop for a new car. I was told by a friend that she bought a car there that was in her price range and that there was a salesman there that helped her to get a car car. I was in the market for a new car. I knew what I wanted but also wanted to stay within my budget. I don't like high pressure sales, but I do like genuine personal attention. I had the pleasure of working with Marlon Colquitt who quickly went to work to find something that suited my taste. I had to appreciate his patience because quite frankly, I could not make up my mind. I have to say that not only was Marlon polite, but the entire staff. My husband and I went in to Headquarter Nissan, with the intent of using a pre-approved loan. The process took a total of 6 hours total, spread over two days, but the time was well worth the wait. He was friendly, he walked us through each step, making sure we understood everything that was going on, and even helped us negotiate with the insurance company. The Finance Department was extremely flexible in working with us to put us in the car we wanted, at a price we could afford.
