I am extremely satisfied with my experience at Nissan Headquarters. Devon Henry went above and beyond to help me get my wife a new car! While my wife was out of town she told me to get rid of her Jeep Headquarters. Devon Henry went above and beyond to help me get my wife a new car! Our son purchased a new Pathfinder from Headquarter Nissan recently and his sister who was visiting from New Orleans decided she wanted to just “look” at some new Nissans. Although our daughter was not planning to trade cars that day, Devon helped her realize that was what she really needed to do. When he showed her the Nismo Juke……6 speed, 4 cylinder turbo….there was no question what she was going to do. Devon made her a very attractive trade on her 2010 Altima and offered her monthly payments that were very cooperative. While he was here, he mentioned that his wife needed a new car and that she really was interested in purchasing a Toyota Highlander but wanted to test drive the Nissan Pathfinder first. I had met Terry Bell (owner and General Manager of Headquarter Nissan) several weeks prior and made arrangements to meet with him the weekend my son was in Columbus. When we arrived at Headquarter Nissan, we were met by the James Stallworth, who introduced us to Devon. From that point forward, we could not have been treated any better! Devon listened intently to what my son and daughter-in-law were wanting in a new vehicle. Not only did he locate “the perfect match” on the lot, he worked with them on the financial aspects and made them a terrific trade on her car. Devon was polite, truthful, humorous, knowledgeable, patient….the consummate professional in every sense of the word!
