My Salesman made me feel comfortable I am looking for a Ford F-150 or GMC Sierra truck and decided to stop by Headquarter Nissan and was approached by Mr. Steve Riley he immediately made I am looking for a Ford F-150 or GMC Sierra truck and decided to stop by Headquarter Nissan and was approached by Mr. Steve Riley he immediately made me feel comfortable by talking with me and asking what I was looking for, I did not give a lot of details so he showed me a few vehicles, when I let him know a more detailed description of what I was looking for he realized that the specific vehicle I wanted they did not have, but he did tell me a few things about the Nissan Titan that I was not aware of, but I am sticking with American so it was interesting, but still not quite my preference (even though they are built in Tennessee, Mr. Riley thanks for that little nugget) Mr. Riley seemed to be very knowledgeable, but was not pushy and seemed very down to earth. We ended the conversation with him letting me know that if they did get a truck similar to what I was looking for he would give me a call, and if so I would definitely buy from him. More

Mission accomplished! Steve and I had to buy a vehicle but were not sure what we wanted. When we were driving through the lot at Headquarter Nissan, Kenny Stelting stopped us asking if we needed help and we talked with him for a few minute. We decided to return the next day and see Kenny, who is absolutely wonderful! He spent lots of time with us helping us decide on the car and turned us over to Mac McPhail who was a trooper and fought with us to get the financing we needed! Good job guys! More

He gave me his card and he took my number and the next day he called me to come to the dealership to look at a Yukon. I knew when I saw it, it was the truck for me. I told him I had to get back to work and that I didn't have the time to complete everything today. His exact words were "no problem". He told me to return the next day and he would have the paperwork ready on the numbers we agreed on. When I went back the next day, I was able to go straight into financing and get back to my job in time.
