Still no car back, was assured yesterday after a call I finally received the Bill the Service Manager, my car would be ready to, this afternoon....... well....... it’s 2:30am and I’m still waiting. Weeks with my car, 3 weeks with my car. 2 calls this whole time and only because I started wanting answers. Your service dept needs real customer service training. Lies lies and more lies. Oil change I have been along time customer of Headquarter Nissan, with owning two Altimas. The last few times I have made an appointment for my free oil change, I have been along time customer of Headquarter Nissan, with owning two Altimas. The last few times I have made an appointment for my free oil change, I have waited two hours. This past time I was in and I was checking out, my service rep. which I didn’t know she was my rep because she didn’t check me in, charged me $19.00! I told her I get free oil changes and she asked me for my “certificate “. Never heard or knew of this certificate. Every time I come in it’s always something. Mainly it’s the long wait and that is with an appointment. No one ever apologizes for the wait. When I have a day offf I do t won’t to sit around for two hours. I don’t feel my time is important to Headquarters Nissan. Really need to work on scheduling appointments! More

Service is horid I have purchased two Frontiers from this dealership; their service used to be excellent and now it is terrible. Wait times for service to be completed I have purchased two Frontiers from this dealership; their service used to be excellent and now it is terrible. Wait times for service to be completed are excessive (over two hours each of the last few 'express service visits for oil change) and pricing in inconsistent at best. My last visit I brought my own oil (Mobil 1) and filter and I was charged over $30 for the oil change when the advertised price was $14.95. A customer response form to the service manager was ignored, just like a previous voicemail had been, so I contacted the general manager who also ignored me. More
