Ms Williams was very friendly and answered all of our questions. She triple-checked on us days after the sale to ensure we understood all of the car’s features and everything she told us about, to inclu questions. Hats off to the gentleman who detailed the car prior to handing it over to us at 9:00 pm!! Most dealers would have given us an IOU. I ended up putting down a $600 down payment which I now regret. I have an 848 credit score, and given the length of the contact, the deposit wasn’t necessary. I only agreed to the deposit because I was trying to get the monthly payment lowered. I feel Nissan could have absorbed the $600 on their end. Especially since the vehicle I traded in had $1600 worth of custom rims and they gave me the base price for the trade-in which was only 2-years old! However, I will say the finance manger shopped around for the best possible rate!! We absolutely love the car and will more than likely buy again when the time arrives. I also recommend Headquarters Nissan to anyone who’s interested in buying a new car. More
