Brought my vehicle night before. I have free oil change for life. (Great to have.!) called the day of ?? They didn’t know what was going on. I was already on my way. Upon arrival it took half hour to finally get answers. I was glad I came in to discover what was going on. My vehicle had not even been touched and everyone seemed to be lost. It was 3:30 and I had to pick up my wife from her job at 4:30. I told them I would be right back. I was assured my vehicle would be ready when I returned. When I got there my vehicle was waiting. There was no paperwork on it so I had to wait around additional 15-20 minutes waiting on my copy of the service performed. - if it were not for the free oil changes I would never again use HQ NISSAN of Columbus. I called to make an appointment for the recall for passenger side airbag. I go in for my appointment about three weeks later and drop my truck off. About 15 mins to closing and I still haven’t heard passenger side airbag. I go in for my appointment about three weeks later and drop my truck off. About 15 mins to closing and I still haven’t heard from anyone. So I ride up there only to find out the part wasn’t in and they need my car back tomorrow. I told them to just keep it and call me tomorrow when it’s done. They called and told me part still not on and could I come back next week. Of course I said ok since it’s a recall item. My question is , “Why wasn’t the part ordered when I made the appointment, specifically for that?” More
