Let me start from the beginning..... We went in to look at a Nissan Maxima. We found one we absolutely loved, but we weren’t %100 that we were ready to buy the first car we found. So, we left, did a little at a Nissan Maxima. We found one we absolutely loved, but we weren’t %100 that we were ready to buy the first car we found. So, we left, did a little research and found a couple other cars we were interested in. They were actually cheaper as well. We ended up back at this dealership just to see if we could get the price down on the car we liked. Not to mention this dealership is less than 5 mins from our house. We were actually able to get the price exactly where we wanted it. Which was awesome. I needed to talk to my bank to get the financing right and they couldn’t actually find the car. I told them I’d be back after the weekend with the financing all they needed to deal was find the car. I drove by a couple times and called multiple people. To see if the car was even available. No one knew where it was. Even the Terry. The guy that originally found the car for us. He said he hadn’t seen it. But he was petty sure I wasn’t sold. Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday come and go. No one called to let me know if the car was there no one called at all until Thursday. When Terry called to basically tell me they sold my car because I didn’t come back in time and they sold my car yesterday. Even though I came by at least 4 times to look for it and called 3 different people to ask about it. Then Terry proceeded to tell me that he had the car hidden in the commercial lot for me. But he couldn’t hold it any longer because they didn’t think I was coming back. First off if you had the car hidden. Why didn’t you just tell me. I would have come immediately to get it. After I hung up on Terry for being rude and disrespectful. I called the customer relations specialist to tell her how offended I was about the conversation I just had. She seemed very sympathetic and was great on the phone. I had actually written a google review. 1 Star of course, but she was so nice on the phone I deleted the comments and changed it to 5 stars. The problem is. As nice as she was. No one did anything to actually fix the problem. Frankie my sales manager that set up the deal called to apologize, and asked me to wait till he was able to get something set up. Well, that’s was weeks ago. No one has followed up nor have they done anything to make me feel like they wanted to keenly business. I’ve bought cars and used their service dept multiple times. At this point they’ve lost a good customer. I literally had to drive 90+ miles to get my new Nissan Maxima. More

.For all outside Columbus drivers beware. Do not do business with this place. The experience my wife and I had was exactly what we all worry about when going to buy a car from a dealership. Below are the events that happened when we tried to buy a car. -Discussed from 9am to 11am with sales agent on general q&a about an Armada. - Was adamant about driving two and a half hours for no reason and would really like to work out a deal before going -12am agree to drive from Suwanee to Columbus. I asked her "what needs to be done to secure the car (2hr drive)". Response was "Nothing...I have the car in the sold lot and the keys are on my desk, so no one can put an offer in on the car" -I texted the sales agent when we were 30 min out from dealer to say we are almost there -We get there and she hands us the keys to check out car (why I still question) - We review car and we are excited about the test drive. (My wife and I had test driven a few so really as long as no issue, we are ready to make deal) - I look at the agent after reviewing the car and said ok so we going on a test drive. She looks at me and says "I am sorry we just sold the car." - Takes me to GM who appolgizes and says he will make things right. - He then indicates that the same thing happened 3 weeks ago - Goes even explains the guy was supposed to come in with his trade-in later in the afternoon but arrived early (made me question that the deal was already underway and we were the pawns "have a couple coming from Atl...") -The GM said he wants to make it right and will find a "like car" (auction is every tues) and give him 24 to 48 hr to make this right. - Fills our tank and says will be in touch -Sales agent returns with a tears in her and appolgizes said this should not have happened and that she had the keys on her desk. Needless to say it has been 4 days and no contact...no email...nothing from the dealership. Really stinks cause I do believe in second chances and understand that things happen. In this case all I can do is im form others to be aware. More
Added an extended warranty to my used car purchase that I didnt ask for, then it wasn't accepted for my car in their service department. When I tried to get the warranty refunded I got the run around until I didnt ask for, then it wasn't accepted for my car in their service department. I tried several times to have this resolved and when I finally got someonento listen and agree that it should be refunded, she transferred it to her superior who NEVER returned my phone call.after weeks of my calling. The ONE time I tried to use the service warranty I had to wait 6 hours past my appt time for them to go get the filters, etc and it would have been cheaper to just take it directly to the BMW dealer for service. Not a fan. More
