I called an asked for an appointment and was told that us with free oil changes for live could only come in on Friday's. This is hard for those of us who are full time employees. I was told to call again on Saturday and see if there were any openings. When I called Saturday I was told an oil change would cost me $20.00 After talking to the service department I was allowed to bring my car in on Sat afternoon to get my oil changed for free. I think this is a policy that needs to be relooked. Customer service is one of the main reasons I purchased my SUV from Headquarters Nissan. Please reconsider your policy and notify customers of future changes. The service I received on Sat was outstanding. I appreciate the service department for being so willing to work with me. I recently got an oil change and my service rep marquello Thomas was amazing. I was assisted in a timely manner. Normally when i get an oil change i would wait at least an hour but on 10/27/20 my wait time w Thomas was amazing. I was assisted in a timely manner. Normally when i get an oil change i would wait at least an hour but on 10/27/20 my wait time was 30 minutes if not shorter. I also explained to him that i needed my AC cabin filters needed to be changed. He took care of that as well. He also advised me that i should rotate my tires since they were pretty bad. He also advised me that i may have to get some struts he notice it when i took my car to the back. Very knowledgeable and also took time to answer my questions i had about my rotors.
