My husband had a scheduled appt for 9 am...The service guy tid me he would be there no longer than 2 hours...for a first time oil change and to take care of a recall....3 hours later he was still there.. guy tid me he would be there no longer than 2 hours...for a first time oil change and to take care of a recall....3 hours later he was still there...finally after me calling the service department and not bring happy....they told me the truck was finished and my husband was gone...I think you guys need to work on telling a customer a time and then it doesnt happen...Please work on this to have more happy customers 😁 More
